The frequency of grooming depends on the breed and coat type of your pet. We recommend bringing your pet in for grooming every 4-6 weeks.
Our basic bath includes a bath with shampoo and conditioner, towel and blow dry, brush out, ear cleaning, nail trim, paw pad trim, and private area trim. Eyes trim, anal gland ( by request only )
Yes, we offer medicated baths for pets with skin conditions. ( Extra fee ) or just a basic Hypoallergenic shampoo ( no extra cost ) or you are welcome to bring your own shampoo. When booking an appointment, please let us know if your pet has any special needs.
I'm sorry, but we cannot accept your dog for grooming if his vaccines have expired. All pets must be up to date on their vaccinations to ensure the safety of all pets and staff members. We kindly request that you update your dog's vaccines and provide proof of the updated vaccinations before we can proceed with the grooming service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter
We regret to inform you that we cannot accept any new senior dogs into our facility. We understand the importance of providing specialized care for senior dogs and take this responsibility very seriously. However, due to a shortage of staff, we are unable to provide the level of care that these elderly dogs require. Please know that we are actively working to address this issue and hope to be able to accommodate senior dogs in the near future.
